In art we are doing something called Batik. It is where you draw a pattern on a piece of cloth then put some glue on the lines and then paint. That is where most of us are some are behind. We are not done yet we will update the blog as we move along.

We did a very good job on our coil pots, they turned out very well because we had to do a pattern on the pots to make them more interesting. We chose nice colors and we did not have many white spots on the pots. I think that is because we all got to look at other peoples work to see how they did things. Some of their pots did not turn out well and we had to figure out why so our's would be more successful.
Caden It was hard at first because we had to choose a spoke to start on by tieing a knot but after we got it down it was easier to tie a knot so then we could add a color or two. We thout that we did good for first try weaving. Also that were creatve and added handles. Then we looked at our work and looked at the criteria and one part said that we needed a patern and we had to be creative and make it diffrent from everyone else.
